Industrial Wastewater Processes and Technologies
There are a range of technologies we have extensive experience in utilising for wastewater treatment. Some of the solutions we employ are listed below;
Chemical and Physical Coagulation and Flocculation – The addition of chemicals and polymers is commonly utilised in order to enhance wastewater treatment processes. The process is typically applied in advance of sedimentation and filtration and is a highly effective method for the separation of particles and dissolved constituents from wastewater.
Sludge Dewatering – Sludge is a typical byproduct of industrial wastewater treatment. We offer a range of sludge management technologies. These range from belt presses to dewater sludge, natural sludge stabilisation wetlands and simple and modular bag dewatering units. In addition to assisting with your wastewater treatment solution, we can also offer sludge management solutions to suit your application.
Dissolved Air Flotation [DAF] – This process is used to separate suspended and floating particles from the wastewater. The buoyancy of particles is increased artificially by the use of fine air bubbles. The process can be enhanced by adding certain chemicals to the wastewater. Dissolved air flotation is highly effective for the removal of oils, greases, suspended, sinking and dissolved contaminants.
